    Abstract: C語言程式在資工系是基礎而且非常重要的一門課,學生在上這門課時會因為對課程上的不瞭解而有非常多的問題,然而在課堂的時間是不夠來回答所有學生的問題,勢必要另外與學生約定時間、地點來做討論,但這又牽扯到各個學生們方便的時間與討論地點的問題,找到大家同意的時間非常困難,因為這樣會影響學生對於C語言程式的了解並對這堂課失去信心,需要有方法來解決上述的問題。而使用網路教學平台來進行e-Learning學習是一個好方法,利用它可以打破時間與地點上面的問題,在它上面可以用留言的方式與學生交流,如果教師與學生需要進一步討論,可以約定一個時間在教學平台所掛載的教學用軟體JoinNet來進行討論,而沒有時間參與的學生也可以觀看討論的紀錄檔來進行學習,讓學生們都能了解C語言程式並對這堂課感到有興趣。
    C programming language is a basal and very important course in the Department of Information Engineering. The students in this class must have a lot of problems who don’t thorough understanding this course, but there is no enough time for teaching assistants to answer all the students' questions. Teacher need extra time and place to discuss with student, but it is difficult to find a suitable time for all the students and the place is not flexible for the seminar after course. It would affect students’ learning C programming language.In this paper, we propose a learning platform to solve the problem in e-Learning. The learning platform can break the problems of time and place. Students can leave a message for communication with teachers in this platform. If teachers and students need further discussion, they may agree to a time and make communication on platform with the teaching software JoinNet. On the other side, student don’t join this communication can watch file after conversation, and learn knowledge. In this way, students can understand C programming language and be interested.
